Newly-announced Disney Melee Mania and the upcoming LEGO Star Wars: Castaways, will further flesh out Apple Arcade’s list of exclusive titles. Disney Melee Mania will let you choose from 12 different Disney and Pixar characters (with more planned for later), then battle it out in a series of three-on-three multiplayer matches. Apple Arcade’s roster currently features fan favorites like Wreck-It Ralph, Moana, Buzz Lightyear, and Elsa. LEGO Star Wars: Castaways is another multiplayer-focused addition that will be added to Apple Arcade, letting you team up with or compete against other players in various mini-games. Your customizable LEGO Star Wars self will be able to join a group of friends or go it alone in races, battles, and other Star Wars-y type activities. Both games are only going to be available on Apple Arcade unless plans unexpectedly change down the road. If you’re interested in checking either of them out you’ll need to subscribe to Apple’s game service. They likely won’t be available as a separate App Store purchase any time soon (if at all). LEGO Star Wars: Castaways releases this Friday (Nov. 19th), while Disney Melee Mania is due out sometime this December. Both games will be playable for free with an Apple Arcade subscription, which costs $4.99 per month for unlimited access to the entire catalog.
